How many varieties of Single Serve cups do  you have?
Currently we have over 400 (changes daily) different flavors! Are you looking for a specific flavor that you do not see? We can order almost any flavor you would like even if you do not see it listed, just contact us for details......

How will my items arrive?
Since we offer hand picked samplers, unless you are specifically ordering  an item that states it is in its original box, all items will be shipped loose in high quality USPS approved shipping box or brown cardboard box made from recycled material, this way we keep our costs down for our customers.

Do you offer FREE Shipping?
Yes, certain items have free shipping but only certain items that are marked Free Shipping.  If our system overestimates the shipping for your order we will refund part of your shipping depending on the final wright of your package and how we can ship it, feel free to contact us and ask about shipping. International shipping is  extra, please contact us for an international quote, the system quotes Priority mail International, but we can also ship 1st class international for a reduced price.

How many flavors of Single Serve cups can I pick for my order?
You can pick however many you would like in relation to the number you purchase in your custom sampler pack or if you are selecting from Individual purchase cups, the number is unlimited, you can also combine both types of orders!

Can I pick more than one of each flavor?
Of Course you can! You can pick 3 of one flavor, 2 of another, whatever combination you desire.(Please contact us first for large quantities so we can check inventory)

Can I give you general flavor preferences?
Yes! You can pick certain categories for your sampler. For example- You can say no decaf or no flavored coffees, bolds and x-bold only.   You can specify any preferences!

What happens if a specific flavor on my list is out of stock after I order?
If this happens, if we do not have the same or very similar  flavor in a different brand to substitute, we will contact you and ask you to choose another flavor to replace the out of stock item or we will let you know how long until we have it back in stock. For pick your own samplers, if you do not want any substitutions, just let us know in the special instructions box and we will contact you if we are out of a flavor. We never substitute when you order individual cups, if we are out then we will refund you for the missing cup(s).

Why are certain flavors on the Flavor list only available for Individual purchase and not able to be added to sampler packs?
Newly released flavors  or limited inventory flavors are only available for Individual purchase so we can control inventory, we have very limited stock on brand new flavors.

How Do I send you my Flavor Requests?
There are a few ways to do this.....#1 After selecting your size sampler pack use the drop down menu to select your flavors (if a larger sampler, over 40 cups, please go to Single Serve Cup - selection list in the store and select your flavors from the drop down menu).  #2 Please send your requests in the special instructions box during checkout. or #3 After your purchase please select your flavors from our flavor list and email us at coffeesales@thecoffeemix.com and we will take care of your requests. *All flavors are not guaranteed to be in stock when purchasing a pick your own sampler.* If  you do not want substitutions, please put this in the special instructions box and we will contact you if we are out of a certain flavor.

How quickly do you ship?
Your order will be shipped Normally within 24 hours, except in cases of holidays or Weekends or if there is an inventory issue. We ship 6 days a week. If you need a rush order please let us know we will work with you. We ship Worldwide! We ship from Arizona, so delivery times will vary depending how far away you are.

How Do you Ship?
We ship via The United States Postal Service. We also ship to all Military locations and for International orders we ship First class or Priority International. Please contact us for an accurate international quote, our calculator sometimes is inaccurate.  We ship from Arizona, USA

Do you offer GIFT wrapping options?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but we can include a free gift message to your recipient on an official gift message card from The Coffee Mix. If you are sending a gift, PLEASE let us know so we know not to send a receipt with your order.

Do You Offer Gift Certificates?
YES we do! We offer several sizes of certificates, if you need a specific denomination we can customize any amount for you! Gift Certificates are mailed via 1st class mail OR if you need it fast we can email you a code to give to your recipient! Discount codes are not valid on Gift Certificates. Do you offer a Military Discount?
Yes! We sure do. Please email us with your information and we will give you a military discount code to use on your order. We appreciate the service all military (active or retired) provide for our country!
